Map dowsing is a fascinating technique that allows you to locate objects, energies, or anomalies from a distance. By dowsing a map or sketch, you can determine the location of the energies on the property. This advanced application of dowsing can be a powerful tool for those who are skilled in its use.

You can dowse the floor plan of a house looking for a lost object or noxious environmental energies. It can even be considered map dowsing if you dowse over a sketch of the human body to determine the location of the cause of a symptom.

Map dowsing might seem like a really weird concept to you if you are new to dowsing. You might ask, “How can anyone use dowsing to find things in a different location using a map?” But think about it this way: what is a map for, and how do you use it?

When you dowse using a map, you are doing much the same thing. You don’t have to be there to find what you are looking for. You are tapping into your natural intuitive ability and asking the question about the object you wish to find. Dowsing gives you the answer to that question, and you don’t need to be there any more than you need to be on location to find useful information from a road map or city street map. You do need to be an accurate dowser to get a correct answer, though!

Dowsing is a very important technique for anyone working with sacred spaces, house cleansing or haunted spaces. Dowsing can be used to:

Locate underground water lines and springs. The direction of flow, depth and quantity of flow (gallons per minute) can also be ascertained.
Locate ley lines and their direction of flow.
Find power centers, places where the Earth's field alters human consciousness.
Determine if a water line or ley line is having a negative effect on the health of the people living or working above the line.
Communicate with and receive guidance from Devas and Angels.
Map underground earth energies in order to design and build sacred spaces.

Step by Step guide to Map Dowsing

We first dowse the location for harmful vibrations from underground. Our treatment depends on the intensity and area under the influence of those vibrations. We may advise either realignment of elements or different types of neutralizers.

The second part is dedicated to clearing non-beneficial energy forms and patterns. In this part, we use traditional, ancient procedures of removing those energies and taking them where they belong. They are replaced with frequencies of White and Golden Light – the most beneficial for the human body, mind, and spirit.

The third part is about Feng Shui – Sharon explains what should be changed to improve energy flow inside the whole place, and what colors, objects, or plants may help. Many dowsers believe that detrimental Earth energies in our homes, called Geopathic Stress energy lines or zones, can cause illness and other problems in our lives.
